Service Exclusion
The Company reserves the right to exclude any Product from delivery or withdraw any service. All products are the property of the company until full payment is received. The risk and the liability will pass to the Client on delivery.
Warranties
Disclaimer: The Company makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, with respect to any services rendered, software supplied, or product delivered. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss of data, interruptions in service, delays or any consequential losses or damages whatsoever.
We do not represent or warrant to you, that your use of our product or services will will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from error. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits and do not make any warranty as to the results that might be obtained from the use of our services or products.
Credit Terms
The Client is to make payment on invoice and in accordance with the invoice credit terms. The client is liable for interest and charges on overdue payments, and liable for Customs & Excise penalties where applicable.
Copyright
The ownership of and sole rights to copyright, design patents, source code and registration in respect of any product, service, software, data, systems or enhancements developed by the Company shall be the property of the Company.
We own all legal rights, including & without
limitation to, the intellectual property rights in the product, services
or data, whether or not those rights are registered, and wherever in the
world those rights may exist.
This Website, including design, content, database, graphics, software,
technology is protected by International copyright laws. All rights
reserved.
VAT
The Client shall pay VAT at the prevailing rate
Entire Understanding
These Terms & conditions embody the entire understanding of the parties in respect of the matters contained or referred to in it and there are no promises or obligations oral or written expressed or implied other than those contained herein. No variation of this agreement will be valid.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law
If one or more provisions of these Terms shall be
held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality,
and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or
impaired thereby. Our failure to enforce strict performance of any
provision shall not be construed as a waiver. Neither these Terms, nor
